This project demonstrates how a fully managed remote turnkey renovation can produce a sophisticated indoor-outdoor dining and entertaining space without the client ever visiting the site. It seamlessly integrates everyday functionality with large-scale entertaining capabilities and coastal durability, all while maintaining high design standards. Thoughtful design features include a fluid indoor-outdoor transition centred on an integrated four-burner gas braai with a deluxe extractor hood, a stacking window that fully opens to frame panoramic sea and mountain views, and an opposing bar counter to complete the hosting area.
