01. FULL SERVICE DESIGN
The signature service, this is for those looking at renovating and/or decorating two or more rooms. You’ve got some idea of what you want, but no idea how to pull it together.
- Renovation and/or decoration of 2 or more rooms

- Mood boards to set the vision for each room
- Complete design of each space, including joinery, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings

02. FINISHES & FURNISHINGS
Working in consultation with your architect, I take the existing plans and select all finishes, furniture and decorative lighting to create a beautiful, cohesive and elevated home.
- For large scale projects with an architect on board
- Mood boards to set the vision for the house and each room
- Spatial planning review and tweak (pre or post DA)
- Review and selection of finishes, materials and fittings based on your existing plans and joinery package
- Selection of furniture, decorative lighting and soft furnishings
- Design of kitchen, bathroom and laundry joinery (if required)
- Procurement and installation of all selected items
- Light touch design management of renovation, including regular site visits, and design problem solving (if required)
03. DESIGN CONSULTING
This highly practical service provides expert design guidance for clients who are managing their own renovation or furnishing project but want professional support to avoid costly mistakes and make confident decisions. Ideal for projects where construction is underway or about to begin, this service gives you access to experienced design advice for as long or as little as you require, without the commitment of full service design.
- For projects where construction is underway or about to start
- Initial strategy session: an in person ( or virtual) meeting to set the goals, style, timeline and budget for your project
- Fortnightly Zoom sessions where we work through as many design decisions as possible and provide actionable tasks before the next session
- On call support via WhatsApp and email between sessions for quick questions and troubleshooting
- Review and guidance on finishes, fittings, layouts, joinery, furniture and lighting selections
- 30 hours of professional consulting time, comprising strategy sessions, design reviews, preparation, research and ongoing support.

04. CONCEPT ONLY
For those who want the confidence of a clear creative vision before the work begins. We define the aesthetic direction in a beautifully presented look and feel document, complete with spatial and furniture plans with dimensions and inspired ideas for colours and materials, setting you up to manage the project with confidence.

On site consultation to gain a deeper understanding of your brief, budget and programme

My service fee is priced and submitted to you, based on scope of works.

After contract signing, I present a series of two concept presentations & a budget estimate.

After you’ve signed off on the concept and the estimated budget, I’ll develop the design, bringing in the relevant specialists to refine and flesh out the detail.

Technical documentation of layouts, sections, & drawings are used for contractor tendering and finalising your budget.

Site implementation commences from demolition, construction to snag sign-off.

All furniture, homeware and accessories are delivered and styling is completed for client move in.
